In cooperation with external logistics service providers the goods are supplied to the customer's production just in time (JIT). In case of so-called HUB solutions it is possible to supply several production lines simultaneously.

The objective is to ensure a demand-oriented, just-in-time availability of goods with a simultaneous minimization or a complete elimination of goods in stock at the customer's location.
In the context of complex customer-specific supply chain solutions SPOERLE takes over the complete administrative handling of the purchasing and materials management and the inventory responsibility. Permanent forecast analysis and stockpiling of goods in a buffer stock at SPOERLE as well as at the customers's site guarantees a 100% availability of materials.
