In addition to standard processes our customers, justifiably, more and more demand customized solutions and special material handling. Creativity, technical superiority, automated processes and an experienced team lead to special synergy effects. They enable us to respond to the demanding requirements of our customers very efficiently.

Many logistic functions are performed fully automatically. Depalletizing, order picking, consolidation, dock-to-dock shipment and all supplementary functions are analyzed and optimally aligned.

The complete system technology of the DLC corresponds to a stand-alone concept where the individual systems are designed to be fail-safe. Regarding the conveying equipment, software and hardware used in our DLCs we only selected market-proven systems from leading manufacturers who also had to customize individual modules to our special requirements. Any software for shipment, print, radio or export is capable, to a high degree, to interface and interact with the technical equipment. This guarantees that the processing of orders can be tracked at any stage, at any time and that urgent jobs can be easily slotted into the process flow.

All this technology is to provide our customers with products at the requested time and in the desired way. Moreover, this means that the technical equipment must be flexible so all requirements can be fulfilled.

Nevertheless, despite the most up-to-date technology we are able to operate in a very individual way because the extent of automation corresponds to the requirements of the products or customers. The remainder is controlled manually.
