Distribution Logistics Center - Dreieich and Venlo
SPOERLE has the largest and most modern electronic components warehouses in Europe. 35,000 European customers are supplied through the Distribution Logistics Centers in Venlo, and Dreieich near Frankfurt, and more than 500 different documents (e.g. invoices, confirmations of orders, delivery notes) are generated in the native language of the customer.
In 1999, we started building a Distribution Logistics Center in Venlo (Netherlands) to meet the increasing demands of our customers.
The DLC Venlo is equipped with the latest technology equipment. Semi-automatic radio-controlled picking systems, microprocessor-controlled conveyor belts and high bay warehouses with a total length of 45 km and a storage area of 126,000 sqm allow fast loading, order picking and shipment of the components.
When stage 2 will be commissioned in 2003, a total
of 50,000 sqm and a storage compartment capacity of 450,000 storage
units of various sizes will be available.
Many of the Value Added Services offered by SPOERLE are, very professionally and according to the latest standards, realised here.
As a company, which is operating throughout Europe, it is only natural for us to provide all our customers with a fast and reliable service. As a result, there is no difference, whether the components are delivered to Poland or Germany, White Russia or Switzerland. Our guiding principle is: What you order today can be further processed by you tomorrow.
Short distances to airports and seaports, a strategic advantageous connection to motorways and excellent logistics infrastructures make Venlo and Dreieich optimal sites in a modern European logistics network. Therefore, they are ideal locations for us.
