From decades of experience in the field of PEMCO we are aware that it is important to our customers to get a special service regarding these products!

For more than ten years specialists in our local sales offices support customers - from finding the right products to application-specific solutions. The team is in direct contact with our manufacturers to find optimal solutions for our customers, and regular training through our manufacturers guarantees excellent product knowledge and early information on new designs.

All sales offices have a technical support team consisting of an IPS and RPS who are locally available to all customers.

IPS: Internal Product Specialist
The IPS at our branch offices supports our sales department and our customers regarding any technical questions relating to the complete PEMCO product range.

RPS: Regional Product Specialist
The RPS is the design-in specialist and contact for our customer's design department. Together with the customer he locally works out optimal application solutions.
