To also guarantee our competitiveness in the future, we attach large importance to the promotion of committed young professionals. Every year, at our headquarters in Dreieich we give school leavers the opportunity of an occupational training to become:

We also train committed young professionals in our sales branches to become traders in wholesale and foreign trade.

Our professional training is characterized by an interesting mixture of daily routine business and project works. In addition, our trainees are supported with in-house lessons, preparation courses for exams and regular training meetings.

Furthermore, during a period of work experience even school pupils have the opportunity to learn more about certain divisions of our company and to get a first impression of the occupational training at SPOERLE.

University graduates usually start their careers with SPOERLE in an 18-month trainee programme. During this period our trainees learn to know all divisions of the company and, as a result, are trained in the best possible way for their future career. A three-month stay abroad completes the trainee programme. However, we also offer different opportunities to directly fill a position in a division of the company.
