Award for highest growth in European sales by International Rectifier

Dreieich. 13 June 2008 – SPOERLE has received the award for the "Fastest Growing Distributor in Europe" for 2007 from International Rectifier, leading manufacturer of Power Management technologies. This award was already given to SPOERLE in 2006. Eric Schuck, Managing Director, Arrow Central Europe and Knut Hansen, Marketing Manager Adv. Analog & Power, received the award on 29th May 2008 from Oleg Khaykin, CEO of International Rectifier, at SPOERLE headquarters in Dreieich. Paul Rolls, Senior Vice President Worldwide Sales, Berthold Dücker, Vice President European Sales and Volker Schendel, Director Business Development of International Rectifier were present during the award presentation.

SPOERLE’ sales of International Rectifier’s products grew faster than all other distributors in Europe during 2007, which strengthened SPOERLE’s position as International Rectifier’s leading distributor within its European distribution sales network. In-line with the increasing complexity of semiconductor applications, SPOERLE has also strengthened its technical expertise and continues to work with International Rectifier’s customers offering in-depth technical support from the initial design through the life cycle of an application.
