SPOERLE is No. 1 Micron Distributor in Central Europe

Dreieich, 25 March, 2008 – Micron, one of the world's leading providers of advanced semiconductor solutions, has presented SPOERLE with the award No.1 Micron Distributor in Central Europe. This award is presented by Micron annually, to honour the distributor that achieves the greatest revenue from Micron products sales within the Central European sales area.

The products offered by the US company include DRAMs (Dynamic Random Access Memory) and NAND storage, as well as other semiconductor components and storage modules that are used in the automotive, computer, networking and mobile sectors, as well as in the consumer electronics industry. Accordingly, components from Micron form part of many end-user devices both in industrial and consumer segments, including PCs, servers, mobile phones and digital cameras.
