New SKINTOP^® CLICK with Protection against Bending

Cable insertion system with bending protection spiral for additional reliability

The innovative cable insertion system SKINTOP^® CLICK for control cabinets now has an additional spiral to protect against bending and to protect and secure flexible cables.

The new SKINTOP^® CLICK BS is thus ideal for use in mobile electronic equipment and machines, for example, in hand-held equipment, mobile machine parts, in stage technology or in the robotics industry, where connecting cables must be protected against excessive bending in accordance with VDE regulation 0730.

The biggest advantage of SKINTOP^® CLICK compared to conventional glands: Instead of time-consuming rotation into place, it simply needs to be clicked into the drilled hole. Just turn the pressure nut a short way to the left and the cap nut to the right and the cable is fixed in place, centred, protected against vibration, optimally strain-relieved (in accordance with EN50262) and hermetically sealed (IP 68). The innovative click-in system of the new SKINTOP^® CLICK saves up to 70% of the time in installation compared to conventional cable glands. No threads need to be cut, no locknuts or assembly tools are required.

The SKINTOP^® CLICK BS is available in three sizes: M16, M20 and M25 in colours RAL 7001 silver grey, RAL 7035 pale grey and RAL 9005 black.
