ARM7-based Microcontrollers with Integrated LCD Controller

The ARM7-based LH754xx and LH7952x microcontrollers with integrated LCD controller offer designers high flexibility and high performance capabilities for virtually all sorts of applications that use LCD displays – from consumer and entertainment to industrial/commercial, medical and automotive applications.

The LH754xx family uses a 84 MHz, 32-bit ARM7TDMI-S™ as its core. There are four devices in this family: LH75400, LH75401, LH75410 and LH75411. The LH7952x family – LH79520, LH79524 and LH79525 – is based on a 77 MHz, 32-bit ARM720T core. All of the LH754xx and LH7952x microcontroller devices use a 1.8 V core supply and a 3.3 V I/O supply, and operate within a temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C.

High integration and a range of options make it easy to select the right set of features and microcontroller device, respectively, whether the end product is a low-cost consumer device or a media-rich system.

In conjunction with a comprehensive range of software and hardware design tools, the LH754xx and LH7952x controllers enable engineers to easily design a wide variety of applications. The latest tool listing is available at www.nxp.com/microcontrollers.
